Our story
AutaRota started on a Monday evening. We watched someone we love, exhausted after a full week on the floor, back at the kitchen table rebuilding the rota. Again. Three people had swapped shifts, one had called in sick, and the whole thing needed redoing. Not for the first time. Every week, the same thing.
We thought: this shouldn't be this hard.
So we built AutaRota for the people who are still sorting the rota when everyone else has switched off. The independent owners and managers who care deeply about their team and their guests, and just want the rota to stop ruining their Sunday.
Our mission
To take the stress out of scheduling for independent hospitality, because the people who run these places deserve better than a chaotic rota.
