How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to your selected plan. You will need to enter your card details to start the trial, but you will not be charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you have not cancelled, your card is charged for your selected plan and your subscription continues automatically on monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing at any time afterwards from Settings > Billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe to process payments securely and accept all major debit and credit cards. We do not store your card details ourselves.
Is VAT included in these prices?
The prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing details.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Every trial starts on monthly billing. Once your account is set up, you can switch to annual billing at any time from Settings > Billing to take advantage of the saving.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum contract term on Starter or Professional. You can cancel from Settings > Billing at any time, and you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
